When Recyclebank came to Mobiquity for help moving its mobile strategy forward, the company already had a functioning app and an established and engaged customer base. With uninspiring design, no storage, limited functionality and a standard interface, however, Recyclebank’s app had run its course.
Through an intense initial strategy session, Mobiquity was able to quickly assess Recyclebank’s objectives and establish a comprehensive list of key features needed to increase user engagement, emphasize context-aware interactions, and ultimately achieve a greener environment - all to be developed within an expedited six-week schedule to meet the Earth Day deadline. Mobiquity integrated its behavioral analytics solution deltaIQ™ to accelerate implementation and capture rich behavioral data.
As promised, Recyclebank’s new and improved app went live on April 22, 2015 - Earth Day. The new release gained unsolicited promotion as a featured app on Apple’s Earth Day 2015 section in the App Store.
