Forrester Analyst Andrew Hogan cites the work in his recent report on innovative design practices for transforming the customer experience. In “Experiment With New Approaches At The Leading Edge Of Design (June 2017),” Hogan describes Nestlé’s Alexa experience as a use case of driving interaction with voice:
Nestlé and Mobiquity seek to improve the kitchen experience by endowing Alexa with the GoodNes skill, which pairs voice inputs and onscreen outputs to allow home chefs to browse recipes and ultimately guide them through the cooking process
