"Seinfeld," "All in the Family," "All the King’s Men," "Godzilla versus Mechagodzilla," and even "The Three Stooges," Sony Pictures casts a wide shadow in the entertainment industry on the big and small screen. But Sony wanted to cast it further, on mobile screens.
With thousands and thousands of movies and TV shows in its vault, Sony had to get ahead of—in some cases, keep up with—its audience by launching premium digital content through iPhone, iPad and Android platforms. It wanted a little snap. A lot of pop. It went all out with Crackle.
We designed and developed the Crackle app for easy downloading of free movies and TV shows. Wherever the viewer is—waiting for a delayed flight, relaxing on a beach, racing up from New York to Boston on the Acela—Soup Nazi episodes of "Seinfeld" can be called up and enjoyed.
Now Sony can tap into its video library to generate more revenue. Available on the iPhone and Android.
