New York Post Android Tablet App
We designed, developed and deployed the New York Post Android app for 7- and 10-inch tablets, and built them a new subscription-licensing service. With this highly innovative service, the Post can manage its mobile subscribers no matter which device, operating system or browser is used. This simplifies management and reduces costs.
ITT Tech: Intellicourse
Working with ITT Tech, we designed and built an Intellicourse app for 10-inch Android tablets, which can also be accessed on the Web. With it, students can study in advance what will be covered in the classroom, helping them learn faster and better retain material. The app contains printed content that you would find in any textbook along with many multimedia elements. Video interviews, animations, documentary footage, graphics, interactive elements that evaluate how much is being absorbed. The tablet solutions has been rolled out to more than 1000 students so far.
Velocity
We built Velocity, a customizable enterprise-class software with which companies can easily create branded interactive live meetings, events and training sessions that increase productivity, participant involvement and effectiveness. When this client conducts meetings or training sessions, it can easily and efficiently upload all its content onto iPads. Attendees no longer are burdened with a mountain of agendas, information sheets and handwritten notes that are easily misplaced. Everything is on one portable device that is supplied by the company or Velocity.
Alex and Ani mPOS Solution
In conjunction with Alex and Ani, Mobiquity created a mobile point-of-sales solution that uses Daily Systems’ iAPS™ sled for iPod touch. Alex and Ani’s new mobile-payment option means sales associates can swipe credit cards, scan bar codes and print, allowing a customer to sign and receive a copy of the credit-card receipt at the time of purchase—all in the aisles and not at a cashier.
FanShots
We created FanShots, a custom-branded, mobile photo booth launched at the Celtics 2012 season opener. Fans get their pictures taken against team-themed backgrounds and then can instantly share them via email and social networks. With FanShots, Sun Life makes the attendee experience more enjoyable while promoting and extending the company’s brand.
York Hospital
We developed, built, and managed an app that brings the hospital to your mobile device. Don’t have a doctor? Find one by swiping through an interactive list of practitioners. Refill prescriptions. Get free medical advice from on-call nurses. Wherever you are. Whenever you need it.
Buildium
We designed and developed an HTML5 based app that offers the same experience as a native app. We wrote Javascript code that would “recycle” the cells that were scrolled out of the visible area. We then added bounds, tap and swipe detection, momentum, an #-A-Z jump-to-section widget and more. Since the frameworks are Open Source Software (OSS), Mobiquity is releasing the new code to the open-source community in hopes that it will be used and enhanced and given back to the community time and again.
Roma's Little Angels
We designed, built, and deployed an interactive game based on the Little Angel’s characters. What could be more fun for kids than playing games and activities with their new angel friends? And what could be more pleasing for parents than knowing their children will learn valuable lessons through morality based characters and teachings? The Little Angels App both teaches and entertains.
PriceCheck&Save
The PriceCheck&Save Putnam app shows users what putting price savings into their 401(k) account will mean at retirement—dollars-and-cents difference in your monthly income. Then, users can make a direct transfer of that money saved, or a portion of it, to their retirement plan.
Crackle
We designed and developed the Crackle app for easy downloading of free movies and TV shows. Wherever the viewer is—waiting for a delayed flight, relaxing on a beach, racing up from New York to Boston on the Acela—Soup Nazi episodes of “Seinfeld” can be called up and enjoyed.
