Mobiquity

While there is significant debate about how the mPayments market will evolve and who will emerge as winners and losers, there is little debate that the market will grow quickly. Mobiquity recently conducted a scenario-planning research initiative with the Wireless Innovation Council (WIC) to determine how the future of mPayments might play out. From this collaboration emerged four possible scenarios that could occur as early as 2015. This paper discusses these scenarios and outlines how companies can plan for impending disruptions to their current business models and position themselves to take advantage of this market opportunity.
