The United States Census Bureau has released a new app, America’s Economy. It provides, in real time, economic information based on data from the departments of labor and commerce. Users can find data such as the United States’ GDP, current housing sales and the unemployment rate. Available only on Android devices now, an iOS version is promised within weeks. This is the first of three apps from the bureau, although specifics about upcoming apps are not now available.
