Mobiquity

Ed Krufka started working on mobile solutions for the utility industry more than 20 years ago. Back then apps were developed internally and used on laptops mounted in trucks for high-volume work orders. Since then, he has designed, developed and sustained visionary mobile solutions with product roadmaps that exceeded market needs. He advocates asking, "What information does the user need?" Not, "What data is available in the back office?"

Most recently, he was a senior vice president at Smartsoft Mobile Solutions (SMS). Over the years, Krufka co-founded On-Demand Mobile Data, was vice president of product at ViryaNet and held the same position at Utility Partners. He also served in senior engineer roles at Connectiv and First Energy.

Krufka, an accomplished, results-oriented, mobile solution expert who focuses on consumer, employee and partner mobile apps, was part of the Smartsoft team that Mobiquity acquired.

He attended Penn State University, and he is passionate about ending global warming. Favorite app? OneNote so he can store all of his documents, presentations and notes there and access them from any of his devices.
