About the Job

Mobiquity is the leader in enterprise-class mobile solutions providing mobile strategy, design, development and management to the Global 2000. Mobiquity is seeking a Client Executive that will work with the leadership of our customers to oversee and further develop the relationship across Client engagements. The selected candidate will work on a wide spectrum of activities including: providing strategic consulting/guidance, initial mobile/web concept creation and evaluation; overseeing product/project requirements definition; managing on-time execution; and maintaining high level, quality customer relationships.

The Client Executive has overall responsibility to manage the planning, coordination, communication and control of activities across several enterprise-wide technology initiatives. They ensure that each client's program goals are in line with the overall business objectives, the projects comply with overall time, cost and quality success criteria, and that the client is so satisfied they ask to be a reference for Mobiquity. The Client Executive reports to the VP, Client Services and will be required to work out of our offices in San Francisco, work remotely, or work with client at their site. The amount of travel outside of the candidate's home area will be driven by the clients that the Client Executive will support and can be as much as 75% at peak times.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and extend executive level relationships with Global 2000 clients with the goal of driving additional follow-on revenue with every client
  • Consult with the client to review and develop new concepts, work orders, and project plans to ensure the goals, quality of the deliverable(s), and deadlines are being met
  • Oversee and manage the project teams in the defining of project requirements, estimating resources, scheduling deliverables, budgeting and managing costs, resolving client conflicts, assessing and reducing risks, and adhering to standard methodology and quality processes
  • Supervision of cross functional teams in the development and successful completion of small and large scale initiatives
  • Provide leadership and motivation to clients, Mobiquity's Project Managers, and team members throughout every engagement
  • Encourage teamwork and coordination across each project team
  • Manage and lead communications with clients and the assigned project team
  • Provide status reports to each client ‘s senior management team as well as Mobiquity's leadership teams
  • Work with each engagement's project team to proactively identify and communicate issues, risks and solutions to the Mobiquity's leadership team and/or the client

Required

  • At least 7 years experience working for a consulting company in the development or implementation of mobile or web applications with at least 2 years' in an executive consulting role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong executive level customer facing experience working on high visibility engagements
  • Experience managing a variety of customer facing applications
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent client, project, and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills working with customers and staff at all levels
  • Bachelors' Degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience

Desired

  • Worked for a start-up or a company division with commercial mobile or web software development initiatives
  • The ability to know what the other person wants before they know it themselves
